Service Communication: We only send Friday Updates to keep clients informed on progress, account management, and any important developments related to our contracted services.

UNiQ Impression by Gabriella Noel is responsible for managing the accounts and tasks specifically contracted by the client. We are not responsible for any account shutdowns, security breaches, or hacks beyond the scope of our contracted work.
Additional Fees for Security Issues: If your account is compromised or shut down while we are contracted to manage or fix it, an additional fee may be applied to resolve these issues.
4. Access and Workspaces
To ensure smooth account setup and management, the client must provide:
Full admin access to all relevant platforms, including the Meta Business Manager.
Our own marketing email for platform communications.
Passwords for accounts that we are contracted to manage or work on.
We use a Trello Board to help organize and monitor the progress of your account. This board is our internal workspace and is provided to clients for transparency. However, the client is not required to log in or access this board, as it is primarily for UNiQ Impression's internal organization.
5. Data Security
We take the security of your personal and account information seriously. All sensitive information, including account details, passwords, and communications, is stored on a secure network with appropriate security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access.
6. No Promotional Emails
We do not send promotional or marketing emails. The only communication you will receive from us are Friday Updates related to the management of your accounts and contracted services.

You have the right to:
Access and Update Information: Request access to or updates of your personal information at any time.
Terminate Services: Terminate services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
