Welcome to UNiQ Impression by Gabriella Noel ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between UNiQ Impression by Gabriella Noel and our clients and outline the conditions of service, payment, and termination.

1. Service Commitment and Notice Period

Clients are required to provide 30 days’ written notice prior to making any changes to or terminating services. This allows us to properly manage your account and ensure a smooth transition. During the final 30 days of service, payment is still required regardless of the level of involvement or engagement from the client during that period.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due monthly, starting on the date you receive your Welcome Email. The payment due date will be the same day each month moving forward. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.

Late Payments: If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, a late fee of $100 per day will apply until the full payment is made.

Failure to Pay: In the event that payment is not received, we reserve the right to protect our work, content, and contract by any means necessary, which may include suspending services, withholding work, or taking legal action to collect the outstanding balance.

3. Communication

We prioritize clear and open communication with our clients. If any issues arise regarding payment or services, we encourage Clients to reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions to service. Our goal is to work collaboratively to resolve any concerns before they escalate.

4. Service Changes or Termination

After providing the required 30-day notice, the Client is responsible for any remaining payment due within that final month. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, and all outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the termination of the contract.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and provided with an updated version of the terms.

By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
